Ingredients
  • 100 gram Semolina
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 4 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoon Blueberry jam
  • 1 cup Fresh blueberries
Instructions
  1. In a saucepan, bring milk to a boil.
  2. Gradually add semolina while stirring continuously.
  3. Reduce heat to low and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add sugar and vanilla extract, and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve the semolina pudding in individual bowls.
  7. Top each serving with a tablespoon of blueberry jam and fresh blueberries.
