  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and eggs to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
  4. Fill each cupcake liner halfway with the batter.
  5. Spoon a dollop of chocolate ganache into the center of each cupcake.
  6. Top with more batter to cover the ganache.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the cupcakes comes out clean.
  8. Allow the cupcakes to cool completely.
  9. Once cooled, pipe whipped cream on top of each cupcake and sprinkle with sprinkles.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
