  1. In a large bowl, combine Rice Krispies, peanut butter, honey, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  2. Shape the mixture into small truffle-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and butter together in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  4. Dip each truffle ball into the melted chocolate, coating it completely. Use a fork to lift the truffle out of the chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off.
