Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Pistachios
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini loaf pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the milk and vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the pistachios, Parmesan cheese, and fresh parsley.
  7. Divide the batter evenly among the mini loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Allow the mini loaves to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
