  • 200 gram Mushrooms
  • 4 slice Bread
  • 2 teaspoon Butter
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 sprig Thyme
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  • 4 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley
Instructions
  1. Heat butter in a pan. Add chopped garlic and thyme sprigs. Cook until fragrant.
  2. Add sliced mushrooms and sauté until they release their moisture and turn golden brown.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Toast the bread slices.
