Ingredients
  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • 2 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  2. Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
  3. Add oats and vegetable broth, bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer until oats are cooked and liquid is absorbed.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
