Ingredients
  • 6 slices Bread
  • 6 leaves Swiss Chard
  • 1 medium Red Pepper
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  3. Cut the bread into cubes and spread them evenly in the baking dish.
  4. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  5. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
  6. Add the Swiss chard and red pepper, and cook until wilted.
  7. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.
  8. Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes in the baking dish.
  9. Top with the sautéed vegetables.
  10. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set.
  11. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
