  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, butter, egg, vanilla extract, almond extract, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  2. Divide the dough in half and shape each half into a log. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Slice the dough logs into 1/4-inch thick rounds and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Press a few sliced almonds onto each round.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Allow the sandtarts to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar before serving.
