  1. Boil the potatoes until tender, then peel and mash them.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions, green chili, and ginger until golden brown.
  3. Add peas, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add mashed potatoes, coriander leaves, and lemon juice. Mix well and let it cool.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix all-purpose flour, oil, and water to make a smooth dough.
  6. Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a thin circle.
  7. Cut each circle in half and fold it into a cone shape.
  8. Fill the cone with the potato mixture and seal the edges.
  9. Deep fry the samosas until golden brown.
  10. Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
