Samosa
Samosa is believed to have originated in the Middle East and was introduced to India during the Delhi Sultanate rule in the 13th century.

Boil the potatoes and peas until cooked. Drain and mash them.

Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions, green chili, and ginger. Saute until onions turn golden brown.

Add mashed potatoes and peas to the pan. Mix well.

Add garam masala, cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt, and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix all-purpose flour, salt, and oil. Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough.

Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into thin circles.

Cut each circle in half and form a cone shape by sealing the edges with water.

Fill each cone with the potato and pea mixture.

Deep fry the samosas until golden brown.

Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
