Ingredients
  • 4 piece Egg
  • 4 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla sugar
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Separate the egg yolks from the whites.
  3. In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy.
  4. Gradually add flour and milk, mixing well until smooth.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  6. Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the yolk mixture.
  7. Melt the butter in a large ovenproof dish.
  8. Pour the batter into the dish and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
