Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Dark Chocolate
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
Instructions
  1. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream, brown sugar, unsalted butter, and sea salt over medium heat until the sugar has dissolved.
  2. Remove from heat and add the dark chocolate. Stir until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  5. Once chilled, use a spoon or a small scoop to portion the mixture into small balls.
  6. Roll each ball in cocoa powder to coat.
