Ingredients
  • 100 gram Sago pearls
  • 2 cup Water
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 piece Mango
  • 4 sprig Mint leaves
Instructions
  1. Soak the sago pearls in water for 30 minutes.
  2. Drain the water and steam the soaked sago pearls for 15 minutes.
  3. In a separate saucepan, heat the coconut milk and sugar until the sugar dissolves.
  4. Add the steamed sago pearls to the saucepan and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let it cool for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve the sago pudding with sliced mango and garnish with mint leaves.
