Ingredients
  • 100 gram Butter
  • 50 gram Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 150 gram All-purpose flour
  • 50 gram Ground almonds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 100 gram Icing sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, ground almonds, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until well combined.
  6. Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  7. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
  10. Roll the warm cookies in icing sugar until coated.
  11. Let the cookies cool completely before serving.
