  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 300 gram Cabbage
  • 50 gram Butter
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 100 gram Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Peel and chop the potatoes into chunks. Boil them in salted water until tender.
  2. In a separate pot, boil the cabbage until soft. Drain and set aside.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  4. Drain the potatoes and mash them with butter and milk until smooth.
  5. Mix in the boiled cabbage, grated cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
