  • 1/3 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, ground ginger, and salt.
  2. Add the unsalted butter and chopped fresh rosemary to the dry ingredients.
  3. Using a fork or pastry cutter, cut the butter into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Gather the dough together and shape it into a disk. Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  6. Roll out the chilled dough on a lightly floured surface to a 1/4-inch thickness.
