  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 300 gram Carrots
  • 300 gram Parsnips
  • 200 gram Onions
  • 50 gram Butter
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme
Instructions
  1. Peel and chop the potatoes, carrots, and parsnips into small pieces.
  2. Boil the chopped vegetables in a large pot of salted water until tender.
  3. While the vegetables are boiling, heat the olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the sliced onions to the skillet and cook until caramelized, stirring occasionally.
