  • 3 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Warm milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 teaspoon Orange zest
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh orange juice
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and salt. Mix well.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine warm milk, melted butter, egg, honey, and orange zest. Stir until well combined.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a roll.
  8. Place the rolls on a greased baking sheet and let them rise for another 15 minutes.
  9. Bake the rolls for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
