Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Water
  • 0.5 pound Ground pork
  • 1 bunch Green onions
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and water to make a dough. Knead until smooth and elastic.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the ground pork, chopped green onions, minced ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll out the dough into a thin sheet and cut into small circles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the pork mixture onto each dough circle. Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges.
  5. Arrange the dumplings in a steamer and steam for 15 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with soy sauce or dipping sauce of your choice.
