Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Grapes
  • 250 gram Pasta
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 4 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the grapes with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the grapes on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes until they start to burst.
  4. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  5. In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic and red pepper flakes until fragrant.
  6. Add the roasted grapes and cooked pasta to the pan and toss to combine.
  7. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
