  2. Cut the delicata squash in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, and slice into 1/4-inch thick half-moons.
  3. Toss the delicata squash slices with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and slightly caramelized.
  5. While the squash is roasting, slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices.
  6. Brush the baguette slices with olive oil and toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown.
