  • 16 ounce Brussels Sprouts
  • 8 ounce Carrots
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half. Peel and slice the carrots.
  3. In a bowl, mix the Brussels sprouts, carrots, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until well coated.
  4. Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and slightly caramelized.
  6. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
