Ingredients
  • 16 ounce Asparagus
  • 2 piece Tomato
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 0.5 cup Hollandaise Sauce
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim the ends of the asparagus and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Cut the tomatoes into halves and place them on the same baking sheet.
  4. Roast the asparagus and tomatoes in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the asparagus is tender and slightly charred.
  5. While the vegetables are roasting, prepare the hollandaise sauce according to the package instructions or using a homemade recipe.
  6. Once the vegetables are done roasting, transfer them to a serving platter. Drizzle with hollandaise sauce.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
