  • 0.5 cup Cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, mashed bananas, and vanilla extract, and mix well.
