Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup White chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients, alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients. Gently fold in the raspberries and white chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing and serving.
