  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the sour cream and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  4. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Pour half of the batter into the prepared crust. Drizzle half of the melted white chocolate and half of the raspberry puree over the batter. Swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.
  6. Repeat with the remaining batter, white chocolate, and raspberry puree.
  7. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set.
  8. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake in the oven for 1 hour.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
  11. Before serving, garnish with fresh raspberries. Enjoy!
