Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup Raspberry jam
  • 1 cup Fresh raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, salt, and unsalted butter. Mix until crumbly.
  3. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the raspberry jam, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Spread the mixture over the crust in the baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the fresh raspberries over the jam mixture.
  6. Crumble the remaining flour mixture over the raspberries.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool for 30 minutes before cutting into bars.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
