Ingredients
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cup Rolled oats
  • 2 cup Cornflakes
  • 1 cup Sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup Chopped pecans
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture and mix well.
  5. Stir in the rolled oats, cornflakes, shredded coconut, and chopped pecans.
  6. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned.
  8. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
