Cook the quinoa according to package instructions and let it cool.

In a large bowl, whisk together the rye flour, cornmeal, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then stir in the milk, melted butter, and honey.

Add the cooked quinoa, blueberries, cheddar cheese, and caraway seeds to the wet ingredients.
