  • 200 gram Mushrooms
  • 150 gram Onions
  • 30 gram Butter
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Heat butter in a pan and sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
