Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 6 tablespoon Unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
  • 4 ounce Cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Melted butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Stir in the milk and vanilla extract until a soft dough forms.
  4. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the ground cinnamon and brown sugar. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the dough.
  6. Starting from one long end, tightly roll up the dough into a log.
  7. Cut the log into 12 equal-sized slices.
  8. Place the slices into a greased baking dish.
  9. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. In a separate bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, cream cheese, lemon juice, and melted butter until smooth.
  11. Drizzle the glaze over the warm cinnamon rolls.
  12. Allow the rolls to rest for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
