  3. Boil the cauliflower florets for 5 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  4. In a pan, sauté the onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
  5. Add the curry powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and black pepper to the pan. Cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Add the boiled cauliflower to the pan and mix well.
  7. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together.
  8. Pour the egg mixture over the cauliflower in the pan.
  9. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top.
  10. Transfer the pan to the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
  11. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
