  • 1 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cloves
  • 1 cup White chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Pecans
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the pumpkin puree, butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Stir in the white chocolate chips and pecans.
  7. Drop rounded spoonfuls of dough onto a greased baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  9. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
