  • 1.5 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup Brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Cream cheese
  • 0.25 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x9-inch baking dish.
  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  6. Allow the pumpkin squares to cool for 30 minutes, then spread the cream cheese frosting over the top.
  7. Cut into squares and serve.
