  • 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1.5 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 0.25 teaspoon Cloves
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ginger
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture, stirring until just blended.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  8. Transfer the bread to a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
