  • 1 cup Evaporated Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 0.75 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream
  • 1 9-inch Pie Crust
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for 35-40 minutes, or until the filling is set.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for at least 1 hour.
