Ingredients
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 cup Pecans
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cloves
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 can Evaporated Milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.
  3. Gradually add the evaporated milk and mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the pecans with a little sugar.
  6. Sprinkle the pecans on top of the custard.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the custard is set.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  9. Serve warm or chilled.
