  • 2 cup Whipped cream
  • 1 package Vanilla pudding mix
  • 1.5 cup Ginger snaps
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 6 tablespoon Caramel sauce
  • 0.5 cup Pecans
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, whipped cream, vanilla pudding mix, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix until well combined.
  2. In serving glasses or a trifle dish, layer crushed ginger snaps at the bottom.
  3. Add a layer of the pumpkin mousse mixture on top of the ginger snaps.
  4. Drizzle caramel sauce over the mousse layer.
  5. Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used, ending with a layer of the pumpkin mousse.
  6. Top with crushed pecans.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!
