  • 1 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cloves
  • 1 cups Chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
  3. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a greased or lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
