Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Butter, melted
  • 2 package Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 3 unit Eggs
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • 0.5 cup Caramel sauce
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Pour the mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set.
  7. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven for 1 hour.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  9. Serve chilled with whipped cream and caramel sauce on top.
