  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Add the flour mixture to the pumpkin mixture and knead until a smooth dough forms.
  4. Add the butter and continue kneading until well incorporated.
  5. Cover the dough and let it rest for 1 hour.
  6. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  7. Divide the dough into 12 equal portions and shape them into buns.
  8. Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. In a small bowl, beat the egg and brush it over the buns.
  10. Sprinkle raisins on top of each bun.
  11. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  12. Remove from the oven and let the buns cool before serving.
