Ingredients
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 medium-sized Apples
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • for dusting Powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a 10-inch ovenproof skillet or baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking until smooth.
  5. Melt the butter in the skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced apples and cinnamon, and cook until the apples are slightly softened, about 5 minutes.
  6. Pour the batter over the apples in the skillet. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pancake is puffed and golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
