  • 115 gram Butter
  • 100 gram Granulated sugar
  • 100 gram Brown sugar
  • 1 unit Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 250 gram All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 100 gram Pretzels
  • 100 gram M & M's
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined. Fold in the pretzels and M & M's. Drop rounded spoonfuls of dough onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely. Enjoy!
