Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Chives
  • 4 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 stalk Celery
  • 1 small Red Onion
Instructions
  1. Boil the potatoes until tender, then drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Chop the chives, celery, and red onion into small pieces.
  4. Add the chopped chives, celery, and red onion to the bowl with the dressing.
  5. Once the potatoes have cooled, cut them into bite-sized pieces and add them to the bowl.
  6. Gently toss everything together until well combined.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
