Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 50 gram All-purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 4 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
Instructions
  1. Grate the potatoes and onion.
  2. Squeeze out excess moisture from the grated potatoes and onion.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the grated potatoes, onion, egg, flour, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Spoon the potato mixture into the pan and flatten to form pancakes.
  6. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  7. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.
  8. Serve hot with sour cream or applesauce.
