Ingredients
  • 300 gram Potatoes
  • 250 gram All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 100 gram Butter
  • 120 milliliter Milk
  • 100 gram Cheddar cheese
  • 10 gram Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Boil the potatoes until tender, then drain and mash them.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, flour, baking powder, salt, and butter. Mix well until a dough forms.
  3. Gradually add the milk and knead the dough until smooth. Fold in the grated cheddar cheese and chopped parsley.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of about 5 cm (6 inches). Use a round cookie cutter to cut out biscuits.
  5. Place the biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
