Ingredients
  • 1 cup Rice
  • 4 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Raisins
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
  1. Rinse the rice under cold water.
  2. In a medium saucepan, bring the milk to a boil.
  3. Add the rice, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, raisins, butter, and salt to the saucepan.
  4. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove from heat and let the pudding rest for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve warm or chilled.
