Ingredients
  • 2 cup Spinach
  • 8 ounce Pasta
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 4 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 2 minutes.
  3. Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes until they start to burst.
  4. Stir in the cooked pasta and spinach. Season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Cook for another 3 minutes until the spinach wilts.
  6. Remove from heat and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
  7. Serve hot, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
