  5. Beat the egg in a separate bowl, then add it to the mixture and stir until the dough comes together.
  6. Press the dough into a tart pan and arrange the plum halves on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the crust is golden and the plums are tender.
