Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Pizza dough
  • 1 cup Pizza sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 4 ounce Pepperoni slices
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle.
  3. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
  4. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  5. Arrange the pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
  6. Roll up the dough tightly, starting from one of the long sides.
  7. Slice the rolled dough into 1-inch thick slices.
  8. Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Brush the tops of the slices with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  11. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
